Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Flow Share s.r.o., Company ID 10847618, registered office at Bělehradská 858/23, Vinohrady, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, e-mail info@yourcookingrecipes.com (the “controller”). We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data.

2. What personal data we process

  • the e-mail address you provide when registering,
  • your password in hashed form, from which the original password cannot be recovered,
  • your chosen website language,
  • order details: product, price, payment status and date,
  • payment details passed to us by the bank or payment provider,
  • technical data about your visit: IP address, date and time of access, the address visited and browser type.

3. Purposes and legal basis of processing

  • running your user account and providing premium membership – performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
  • bookkeeping and tax obligations – compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
  • website security, protecting accounts against misuse and resolving technical errors – the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention period

We keep user account data for as long as the account exists. When an account is closed we delete it, except for order and payment data, which we keep for the period required by accounting and tax regulations. IP addresses of failed sign-in attempts are kept for 15 minutes. Technical access logs are kept for as long as necessary to keep the website secure and running.

5. Recipients of personal data

Personal data may be made available to the provider of the server infrastructure on which the website runs and to persons keeping the controller’s accounts. These processors are bound by confidentiality and may use the data only for the purposes set by the controller.

The fonts used on the website are loaded from Google Fonts, which passes the visitor’s IP address to Google Ireland Limited.

We do not sell personal data or pass it to third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

6. Cookies

The website uses only one technical cookie, which keeps you signed in and protects forms against misuse. It is created only when you sign in, register or submit a form, and it expires when you close your browser or sign out. The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability to another controller, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Please send your request to info@yourcookingrecipes.com; we will handle it without undue delay and within one month at the latest.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz, or with the supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.

8. Effective date

This privacy policy takes effect on 23 September 2026.
