1.1. These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between Flow Share s.r.o., Company ID 10847618, registered office at Bělehradská 858/23, Vinohrady, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, e-mail info@yourcookingrecipes.com (the “operator”), and users of the website https://yourcookingrecipes.com (the “website”) when registering a user account and taking out a premium membership.
1.2. A user who is a consumer is any natural person who enters into a contract with the operator outside the scope of their business or profession.
1.3. Legal relationships not governed by these terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence.
1.4. These terms are issued in Czech and in English. In the event of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.
2.1. Registering on the website creates a user account. Registration is free of charge and requires an e-mail address, a password and consent to these terms.
2.2. The user must provide truthful information and protect their password against misuse. An account is intended for one person and the user may not give third parties access to it.
2.3. A registered user has access to recipes marked “Free” and “Registered users”.
2.4. The operator may close a user account if the user seriously breaches these terms, in particular by sharing access to the account or copying the website content in bulk.
3.1. Premium membership gives access to the full content of all recipes on the website, in both the English and Czech versions, including recipes marked “Members only”, for a period of one month.
3.2. Membership does not renew automatically. The user extends it by placing and paying a new order; the new period follows on from the end of the current membership.
3.3. Membership is activated once the payment has been received by the operator, usually within two business days. The user can see the membership end date in their account.
4.1. After signing in, the user places an order for premium membership by clicking “Place order”. Placing the order concludes the contract and the website displays the payment details, which are also available in the user account.
4.2. If payment is not received within 14 days of placing the order, the operator may cancel the order, whereupon the contract lapses.
5.1. The price of premium membership is CZK 159 for one month, in both the English and Czech versions of the website. The price stated is final.
5.2. The price is paid in the manner stated with the order, using a variable symbol identical to the order number.
6.1. A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the day it was concluded.
6.2. The withdrawal may be notified to the operator by e-mail at info@yourcookingrecipes.com or in writing to the operator’s registered office. The consumer may use the model form below. The deadline is met if the consumer sends the notice before it expires.
6.3. The operator will refund all payments received from the consumer without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal, using the same means of payment as was used for the original transaction.
7.1. The operator is responsible for the digital content conforming to the contract, in particular for it being available to the user during the membership.
7.2. The user reports a defect by e-mail at info@yourcookingrecipes.com with a description of the defect. The operator will handle the complaint without undue delay and no later than 30 days after it was made.
7.3. If the defect is not remedied within a reasonable time, the consumer is entitled to a reasonable discount or may withdraw from the contract.
8.1. The body competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, adr.coi.cz. Consumers from the EU may also use the European Consumer Centre of their country.
8.2. Compliance with the operator’s obligations is supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority and, in the area of personal data protection, by the Office for Personal Data Protection.
9.1. The processing of users’ personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
10.1. The website content, in particular recipe texts and photographs, is protected by copyright. The user may use it for personal purposes only.
10.2. The operator may amend these terms. An amendment does not affect contracts concluded before it takes effect.
10.3. These terms take effect on 23 September 2026.
