Christmas Gin & Tonic with Pomegranate
A festive cocktail that brings the true Christmas atmosphere. It is built on gin and tonic, lifted with pomegranate juice and fresh rosemary. With gin and tonic a simple rule applies: 1 part gin to 3 parts mixer, usually tonic. Here, however, we add pomegranate juice for an interesting flavour combination.
