Kakaové pracny (Czech Cocoa Christmas Cookies)
Cocoa pracny are a Christmas cookie that needs time to soften properly – ideally they should be baked about a month before Christmas Eve. The dough made with butter, cocoa, egg yolk, hazelnuts and flour is simple, and even children can help make it. Just leave it to rest, press it into greased moulds and bake briefly.
