No-Bake Rum and Sponge Biscuit Log
We cannot imagine Christmas without sweets and vánočka, but festive treats do not always have to come out of a hot oven after hours of baking. This rum log is a no-bake sweet that is ready in no time. Biscuits, condensed milk, nuts and raisins are flavoured with Czech rum and the whole roll is coated in desiccated coconut.
