Bacon-Wrapped Pineapple
An unusual appetiser made from fresh pineapple wrapped in English bacon and baked until crisp. The pineapple pieces are first brushed with a homemade paprika paste made from red peppers and vegetable stock, flavoured with chilli and ground sweet paprika. The finished bites are perfect for any occasion.
