Calzone (Stuffed Pizza)
Calzone is a stuffed pizza that is said to have originated in Naples by accident, when a pizza folded over as it was put into the oven. In this recipe we make it with yeast dough and a tomato filling with mushrooms, cured meats and sheep's cheese. The finished calzone is golden, crispy and, thanks to its hearty filling, very satisfying.
