Eva's Basil Pesto Rolls
These rolls made from risen dough with basil pesto and English bacon are a delicious savoury bake. Leave the dough to rise for 30 minutes, then roll it out and spread with basil pesto. Roll up, cut into pieces about 5 cm wide and wrap each firmly in a slice of English bacon. Bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
