This French pear cake will delight anyone who loves sweet baking. Preparing the pears is very easy – just peel them, remove the cores and slice them. The batter is then topped with the pears, sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon, and shortly before the end of baking it is covered with a buttery honey mixture.
