Homemade Green Walnut Liqueur
Ořechovka is a traditional liqueur made from unripe walnuts, prepared in Czech households for generations. A similar drink, mandlovice, is made in much the same way. Our great-grandmothers and grandmothers used it to settle an upset stomach. Making it is not difficult, it simply needs time – the longer the liqueur matures, the better it gets.
