Quark Stollen with Raisins and Marzipan
A classic yeast stollen needs time to mature and soften. This quark stollen is different: bake it just before Christmas and the quark will keep it beautifully moist and tender. With raisins, candied fruit and marzipan, it is a lovely addition to the festive table and definitely belongs in the family cookbook.
