Czech Curd Cheese Dumplings with Plums
Sweet plum dumplings do not have to be made from potato dough and coated in poppy seeds. The quark version is just as tasty and perhaps a little less work. A simple dough wraps around juicy plums, and the finished dumplings only need a sprinkle of grated quark with sugar and a drizzle of melted butter.
