Quick Buchta (Czech Sour Cream Sheet Cake with Fruit)
This sour cream buchta comes together in no time and even a beginner can manage it. Just mix a few ingredients, pour the batter onto a tray and top it with fruit. The moist cinnamon cake bakes at 170°C for about 35–45 minutes.
