3x3 Pasta Salad is a hearty, colourful salad made with pasta, carrots, sweetcorn, peas and hard cheese. The dressing is made from mayonnaise, plain yogurt and mild ketchup, flavoured with garlic and spices. Leave it to chill in the fridge and serve with bread, a vegetable salad or alongside grilled meat.
