Baked pasta with tuna, broccoli and Gouda cheese in a creamy sauce comes together in just 40 minutes. A great choice for a quick dinner when you don't want to spend long at the stove. Simply cook the pasta, add the broccoli, pour over the stock and cream, and bake with cheese.
Cooking the pasta: Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions and for the last 2–3 minutes add the broccoli broken into florets to the water so that it softens slightly.
Draining the pasta: Drain the pasta with the broccoli and leave it to drip dry.
Baking: Tip the pasta and broccoli into a greased baking dish, top with the tuna, season with salt and pepper, pour over the stock mixed with the cream and stir. Sprinkle with cheese and bake.
