For the filling

7 dkg icing sugar

1/2 dcl rum

For the chocolate coating

200 g cooking chocolate

3 tbsp grain syrup (available in health food shops)

For the decorations

100 g dark cooking chocolate

100 g white chocolate

For the decorative cake border

200 g cooking chocolate
