Caramel Quark Slices
A layered dessert that pairs a light sponge base with a quark cream flavoured with caramel Salko. Sponge fingers soaked in a rum syrup and a generous layer of jam sit in between. A chocolate glaze finishes the whole cake off. The result is moist, moreish slices that disappear in no time.
