Czech Devil's Sauce
A spicy cold sauce with a proper kick that stays pleasantly creamy. The base is ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar and honey, rounded off with chillies, garlic and mayonnaise. It goes beautifully with meat, grilled dishes or as a dip.
