Evík's Yummy Chicken in Foil
Chicken cutlets topped with cheese, bacon and onion, baked in foil with soy sauce and a knob of butter. It is quick and clean to prepare – you just wrap the meat and let the oven do the rest. Serve them still in the foil, ideally with boiled potatoes.
