Fiery Chicken Wings in Black Beer
Spicy chicken wings baked on a generous layer of onion, doused in black beer and generously seasoned with chilli. The roasting juices are then thickened with roux and the wings briefly baked in it. Serve them with bread and chilled beer – an easy treat from a single tray.
