Fried Rolls Stuffed with Apricots and Quark
I got this sweet treat recipe from the entertainer and actor Petr Novotný and have only tweaked it very slightly. The rolls are filled with quark cream and apricots, fried until golden and rolled in icing sugar while still hot. For anyone with a sweet tooth it is a real delight.
