Grandma's Halušky (Potato Dumplings with Cabbage and Smoked Meat)
Halušky are a traditional dish that came to us from our Slovak neighbours, where they are considered a national speciality. They are made from a potato dough and are most often served with bryndza, or – as in this recipe – with cabbage and smoked meat. The result is a hearty, satisfying meal that the whole family will enjoy.
