Hadi na klacku (Czech Sweet Dough Wrapped Around a Stick)

Hadi na klacku are a sweet treat made from leavened dough wrapped around a stick and flavoured with cinnamon sugar. They resemble the well-known trdelník, so you can easily make a homemade version of this fairground favourite over a fire. If you have any dough left, wrap it around metal kremrole tubes or crumpled foil and bake it in the oven. They are said to be even better than špekáčky (Czech campfire sausages)!
