Homemade Apple Puree from a Pressure Cooker

Apple puree from a pressure cooker is the easiest way to use up a big crop of apples. All you need are peeled apples, a little water and pudding powder. The hot mixture goes straight into jars, which you simply turn upside down - no sterilising needed. Serve it on its own or in a glass with white yogurt and a topping of your choice.
