Homemade Pickled Cucumber Salad for Storage
A crisp cucumber salad made from overgrown pickling cucumbers that will keep in jars all season. Simply grate the cucumbers and mix them with onion, sugar, vinegar and Deko, then let them stand and fill them into jars. There is no need to cook the brine and the jars are not processed in a water bath.
