These fresh lemon rounds filled with fragrant cream won us over at first bite. They make a wonderful Christmas cookie and, thanks to the freeze-dried raspberries, look striking too. They have a zesty lemon flavour lightly scented with Czech rum. An ideal combination for the Advent season.
