Margot Chocolate Pudding Tray Bake with Sour Cream
A light sponge tray bake with warm chocolate pudding poured over in a zigzag, which gives it a lovely marbled pattern once baked. While still warm it is spread with sour cream whisked with vanilla sugar and sprinkled with grated Margot chocolate. It is at its best after resting in the cold, ideally the next day.
