Craving a proper chicken soup but there is no chicken in the house? No problem – this version is made from everyday ingredients and tastes so good that hardly anyone will guess the chicken is missing. Grated root vegetables browned with flour, a chicken stock cube and vermicelli noodles form the base. A piquant curd cheese finishes each bowl.
