Mushroom Chicken with Bacon
Mushroom chicken is suitable for festive occasions too. The chickens are filled with a mushroom stuffing, secured and covered with bacon. Mushrooms simmered in wine and stock are added to the roast and everything is finished in the oven. Serve with the mushrooms and your favourite side dish.
