New York-Style Lemon Cheesecake
This New York-style cheesecake is wonderfully velvety and rich. We took inspiration from the famous New York cheesecake and added a fresh lemon note. It doesn't require much experience to make, but it does call for a little patience. It's well worth making, whether as a celebratory dessert or a lovely treat with afternoon coffee.
