A fresh and light dessert that needs no baking and only a handful of ingredients. This no-bake sour cream cake is finished with whatever fruit you have to hand. It is perfect in summer, when plenty of fresh seasonal fruit is available, and in winter you can use compote or a frozen mix instead.
