Potatoes boiled in their skins are turned into tasty little boats filled with a creamy mixture of processed cheese, ham and herbs. The filled halves are pressed together, coated in breadcrumbs and fried until golden. They are excellent warm or cold, served with tartar sauce, a dip or fresh vegetables.
