Roast Pork Spread
A hearty spread made from roast pork that comes together in no time. It uses the roasted meat and the juices from the tin, plus onion, pickled peppers, gherkins and mustard. Sambal oelek gives it a bit of heat. It tastes great on fresh bread and works well as a spread for guests too.
