Sakrajda, also known as a gingerbread roll, is a traditional Czech pastry. It tastes wonderful fresh, but you can also let it rest for a few days. This roll with plum butter and walnuts can also be baked in smaller pieces and served sliced like sweet treats. The combination of gingerbread spice, plum butter and walnuts is a little unusual, but all the more delicious.
