Savoury Tuna Pizza Pinwheels from Yeast Dough
Savoury pinwheels are usually made with puff pastry, but this recipe uses yeast dough, so they turn out larger and fluffier. Serve them as a snack, or with a light vegetable salad as a main course. The base is yeast dough, chopped tomatoes, grated mozzarella and a filling of your choice – here, tuna. Cooked ham or minced meat works just as well.
