A fragrant homemade baked tea made from apples and pears, roasted in the oven with sugar, cinnamon, cloves and raisins and finished with a splash of rum. Two spoonfuls from the jar topped with boiling water and a warming drink is ready. It is also excellent as a base for grog or black tea.
