Baked Salmon with Roasted Potatoes
Baking salmon in the oven is surprisingly easy and the result always pleases. All you need to do is drizzle the fish with lemon, sprinkle it with caraway and let it bake slowly. We recommend serving it with roasted potatoes, which bake alongside the salmon. Fresh lemon slices for garnish and a vegetable salad complete the meal.
