A fragrant caraway loaf that the bread maker bakes almost by itself. Just put the ingredients in the order given, select the basic programme and you need not worry about anything else. Rye and wheat bread flour give the loaf a full flavour, beautifully underlined by caraway and a dash of apple cider vinegar.
