Quick chicken strips with sun-dried tomatoes and yellow bell pepper, sautéed in butter and oil. The meat first takes on the flavour of salt, pepper, sweet paprika, Gyros seasoning and potato starch, and thanks to a short fry it stays juicy. Add leek and in just a few minutes you have a fragrant dish on the table.
Preparing the meat: Cut the chicken into strips. In a bowl, season them with salt and pepper, sprinkle with sweet ground paprika, Gyros seasoning and potato starch, drizzle with oil from the sun-dried tomatoes, mix thoroughly and leave to rest.
Preparing the vegetables: Cut the sun-dried tomatoes and yellow bell pepper into strips and the leek into rounds.
Sautéing the meat and vegetables: Heat the butter and oil in a pan. Sauté the meat on all sides, separate the strips from each other, and once the meat is sealed on all sides, add the chopped tomatoes, bell pepper and leek to the pan. Sauté for just a few minutes so the vegetables do not overcook, then season to taste.
