Chlebové placky (Czech Pan-Fried Flatbreads) with Sour Cream and Cheese

Homemade pan-fried bread flatbreads with sour cream, garlic and melted cheese. The dough made from plain flour, yeast and water is left to rise, then the flatbreads are cooked dry in a frying pan. As they cook, the cheese melts and the sour cream mixture soaks partly into the flatbread. They make a great meat-free meal or a hearty snack.
