Coconut Christmas Tree Biscuits
These coconut biscuits in the shape of Christmas trees are a lovely festive treat. The buttery dough with flour and coconut is left to rest, then rolled out and cut into trees and baked. Once baked, the trees are dipped in lemon glaze and coated in coconut. Leave them to dry and store.
