The quickest and easiest wine cookies I know. I always have the ingredients at home, the dough doesn't stick and the cookies don't need to be left to mature. They puff up beautifully in the oven and give a lovely little crackle in your mouth. A fun bake that will definitely earn its place in your kitchen.
