Grandma's Trojhránky (Czech Christmas Triangles)
These Christmas triangles could never be missing from our table. Pastry chef Zdeněk Lahovský recalls that they sometimes had to be made several times during the holidays when supplies ran low. Here is his recipe for Christmas cookies made without flour or butter.
