Hodolanská omáčka is a hearty speciality from the Olomouc region, where potatoes, kabanos sausage and pickled cucumbers come together. This thick, creamy sauce, flavoured with a stock cube and bay leaf, is properly filling and comforting. Serve it on its own, or with fresh bread or white rolls.
