Homemade Langoše (Simple Czech Fried Flatbread)

Langoše are made from a yeast dough enriched with finely grated cooked potatoes. The dough is left to rise and then shaped into thin flatbreads and fried in hot oil. The finished langoše are brushed with garlic and sour cream or ketchup and sprinkled with grated cheese. They taste best fresh and still warm.
