Homemade Mulled Wine Ice Cream
Mulled wine ice cream, presented in a video by chef Roman Paulus, is unusual but surprisingly easy. It is based on a classic creamy ice cream made with egg yolks, sugar, cream and milk, finished with reduced mulled wine. All you need is a home ice cream maker and a good batch of mulled wine.
