Kohlrabi sauce is mild and creamy thanks to the whipping cream stirred in at the end. The kohlrabi is cut into strips and simmered in stock, then the sauce is thickened with a flour slurry and seasoned with Harmonie or Maggi. It tastes best with boiled potatoes and needs no meat at all.
