Kyselica is a hearty old Bohemian soup that used to be a simple dish for the poor. Potatoes are cooked in milk with cream and egg yolk, which makes the soup beautifully creamy. Fried sausage goes on top, with caraway and pepper for flavour. Served hot, it tastes best with fresh bread.
