Meatballs Baked in Tomato and Pepper Stew
Meatballs made from minced meat, flavoured with garlic and marjoram, are easy enough for anyone to make. Simply thicken the mixture with breadcrumbs, shape it into balls and arrange them in a roasting tin. Drizzle them with ketchup, pour over the sterilised lečo and bake everything in the oven. Serve the finished meatballs with bread or potatoes.
