Ingredients: 500 g minced meat; (can be any kind – chicken, turkey, beef or a mix); 1 tsp dried ginger; 1 tsp ground cumin; 1 tsp ground cinnamon; salt; 3 tbsp curry paste (I used yellow); 2 tbsp tomato purée (1 small); 1 can coconut milk; 200 g cooked chickpeas; 1 red bell pepper; 1 carrot; 2 celery stalks; a piece of leek; 1 red chilli; oil; salt; rice, as needed; fresh coriander, as needed; parsley, as needed
